This website is operated by Wave of Wellness of Florida LLC, doing business as Wave of Wellness (“Wave of Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- General Contact/Inquiry Form When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
- Newsletter Signup If you sign up for our newsletter through the popup on our site, we collect your email address (and any other fields you fill in) through our email marketing provider, MailerLite.
- Intake Forms If you become a client, intake forms are collected and communicated via a HIPAA-compliant Gmail account. This may include health-related information you choose to share as part of your intake.
- Payment Information If you make a payment, it is processed through Square. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details — Square handles this. See Square’s own privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.
- Research Consent (Occasional) In some cases, if you complete an intake form through the HOHM Foundation’s system as part of a research process you’ve agreed to, your information may be collected and used by HOHM Foundation according to their own consent and privacy terms in addition to this policy.
We do not currently use website analytics or tracking tools, so we do not automatically collect browsing data, device identifiers, or usage statistics about visitors.
Important Note on Our Services
Wave of Wellness does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical care. Nothing collected or communicated through this site should be understood as medical advice or a doctor-patient relationship.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
- Send newsletters and updates to subscribers (via MailerLite)
- Provide services to clients, including reviewing intake information
- Process payments (via Square)
- Support research through HOHM Foundation, only when you have separately completed their intake and consent process
We do not sell your information.
Who We Share Information With
We share information only as needed to operate our business:
- Square — for payment processing
- MailerLite — for sending newsletters to subscribers
- Google (Gmail) — as the platform used to receive and store intake forms and client communications
- HOHM Foundation — only if you completed an intake form through their system for research purposes, in which case they receive and handle your information under their own privacy terms
We do not share your information with any other third parties except as required by law.
Where Your Information Is Stored
Your information may be stored and processed in the United States, including by our service providers (Square, Google, MailerLite). If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
How Long We Keep Information
We currently retain intake forms and email correspondence indefinitely.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Ask what information we have about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information
- Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time (via the unsubscribe link in any MailerLite email)

Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through our general contact form or newsletter signup. All communication will be with parents of the minors.
Cookies
We do not run analytics or advertising tracking on this site. Third-party tools embedded on our site — such as our Square payment widget or MailerLite signup form — may set their own limited functional cookies as part of how they operate. We do not use these to track you across other websites.
