Dear Reader,

If you’ve been curious about homeopathy but haven’t yet taken that first step, I want to let you in on something: most people tell me that what held them back wasn’t doubt .. it was simply not knowing what to expect.

That’s completely understandable. When you’ve spent years in conventional healthcare, you’re used to a certain rhythm. You describe your chief complaint. You get a diagnosis. You get a prescription. The appointment is 15 minutes, maybe less.

Homeopathy works very differently and once you understand how, it starts to make a lot of sense.

Before We Even Meet

Once you’ve scheduled your Initial Consultation, you’ll receive intake forms to complete and return before our appointment. Please don’t rush through these. They’re an important part of the process.

The forms ask about your current symptoms, your health history, your family history, and even some questions that might surprise you; about your sleep, your food preferences, your emotional tendencies, how you respond to weather changes. This isn’t small talk. In classical homeopathy, every detail is a clue to the remedy that fits you, not just your diagnosis.

The Day of Your Appointment

Your Initial Consultation is 1.5 hours via Zoom, and that time is entirely yours.

We’ll start by talking about what’s brought you here; what’s been bothering you, how long it’s been going on, what makes it better or worse. From there, the conversation naturally expands. I may ask questions that feel unrelated to your main concern. That’s intentional.

What this appointment is not:

  • A diagnosis session
  • A supplement recommendation
  • A quick fix

What it is:

  • A deep, unhurried conversation
  • A space where you’re truly heard
  • The beginning of a partnership

After Our Appointment: The Analysis

After we speak, I spend time carefully reviewing everything you’ve shared. This post-analysis is spent cross-referencing your symptom picture to identify the remedy that most closely matches your unique symptom expression.

You’ll receive your remedy recommendation along with guidance on how to take it anywhere from 3-7 business days depending on how busy my week is. You’ll also have email support between appointments, so if questions come up or something shifts, you don’t have to wait.

The Follow-Up: Where the Magic Becomes Visible

At your Follow-Up Consultation (45 minutes, typically 4–6 weeks after your initial), we’ll review what’s changed. Sometimes the shifts are obvious. Sometimes they’re subtle at first.. a little more energy, sleeping more deeply, feeling less reactive emotionally. Sometimes healing moves in ways you didn’t expect.

This is also where I assess whether your remedy needs to be continued, adjusted, or changed altogether. Healing is rarely a straight line, and that’s okay. We move at the pace of your body’s wisdom.

A Note on What Homeopathy Is (and Isn’t)

Classical homeopathy is not a replacement for your medical team. I work alongside your doctors, not in opposition to them. If you’re on medications or under the care of a specialist, that continues. What homeopathy adds is a layer of support that conventional medicine often doesn’t offer: individualized, whole-person care aimed at strengthening your body’s own healing capacity from the inside out.

If you’ve tried everything and still don’t feel like yourself, if your labs come back “normal” but you know something’s off, if you’re tired of feeling that way, that’s exactly who I’m here for.
